State has lifetimes
Server truth, session, drafts, and UI state live different lengths of time and deserve different homes. Most frontend bugs are misfiled state.
Principle III
Performance is respect
Render the window, not the dataset. Ship the bytes that earn their weight. Speed is how software says it takes you seriously.
Principle IV
Teams outship heroes
Reviews, standards, and mentoring compound. The best code I write is the code someone else can confidently change at 6pm on a Friday.
